RockSoft is Born: A New Saudi–Russian Tech Power Emerges

In a move that redefines international tech collaboration, Medlex Holding (Saudi Arabia) and DUC Technologies (Russia) have launched RockSoft — the first Saudi–Russian joint tech company in IT and Artificial Intelligence.

Not Built Overnight

Behind the announcement lies a 9-month strategic experiment, co-developed by Saqer Alkhadem (Founder of Medlex) and Alexander Suleikin (Founder of DUC), to test whether a Saudi–Russian tech alliance could function in real operations, beyond political or symbolic gestures.

What the roadmap included

  • Real-time cross-border development
  • Dual management and oversight
  • Shared KPIs and agile infrastructure
  • Trust-building across teams and cultures

The results?

A successful working model of co-leadership, rapid software deployment, and AI development — fully aligned across both nations.

Thanks to the operational support and funding from both companies, RockSoft is now officially launched, based in Moscow, and already delivering results across 15+ business domains, 40+ technologies, and over 180 TB of secure data processing monthly.

What’s Next?

In its very first public move, RockSoft will host a high-level international tech conference in Moscow, welcoming representatives from leading banks, global universities, and enterprise sectors — marking the beginning of a new era in Eurasian digital partnerships.

Medlex & DUC: Equal Founding Forces

  • Medlex Holding Company becomes the first Saudi holding company to launch a real operational tech company in Russia.
  • DUC Technologies becomes the first Russian IT firm to co-found a tech venture with a Saudi holding company.
Together, they prove that cross-border innovation is not only possible — it can be faster, smarter, and stronger than traditional models.
“We believed in building first, then announcing. Now the results speak for themselves.”
